Appointment, Payment & Cancellation Policy

To ensure each client receives the time and attention necessary for their selected service(s), all online bookings are reviewed prior to confirmation. Submitting a booking does not automatically reserve an appointment. Appointments are considered confirmed only after approval and receipt of the required deposit.

Payment is due prior to treatment. Because appointment times and services are reserved specifically for you, all services, packages, memberships, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling needs. Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid at the time of booking.

A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
